Operator and contact
The Class Oracle at rolltheclass.com is an independent fan project. The site operator is responsible for its processing choices. For privacy requests or questions, contact info@rolltheclass.com, an operator-controlled OVH mailbox.
Quiz and technical operation
No account is required. Quiz answers and results are held in the current browser session’s application memory; the site does not submit them to its own database. A shared result link identifies a specialization, not your full answer history. Netlify serves the website and may process request information such as IP address, browser details and timestamps for hosting and security. Fonts and icons are served locally; displaying the page does not request Google Fonts.
Optional Google Analytics
Analytics starts only after an affirmative choice, regardless of visitor timezone. Before consent, the Analytics library and collection requests are not loaded. Consent permits page views and coarse quiz events such as start, question and answer identifiers, completion specialization, comparison and successful sharing. We do not send names, email addresses or free text as event fields. Query strings and fragments are excluded from page addresses we send. Analytics still processes identifiers and technical information; it is not described as anonymous.
Google Analytics may use cookies such as _ga and _ga_N4H7NVCBFN to distinguish visits. Analytics processing is based on your optional consent. Actual account retention and data-sharing settings must be maintained by the operator in Google Analytics; this site does not claim a retention period that has not been verified in that account. See Google’s privacy policy.
Saved choice and withdrawal
The localStorage entry consent-v2 records the analytics choice, version and time for up to 180 days. This preference storage lets the site remember your decision. Old-version or expired choices require a new decision. Rejecting analytics does not prevent use of the quiz or guides. You can withdraw consent using Manage cookies; subsequent Analytics events are blocked and the known cookies for this property are cleared where accessible. Withdrawal does not undo previously processed information.
Advertising
AdSense publisher verification is present. Ad units are disabled until approval, configured unit IDs and a tested certified consent setup are enabled. When activated, Google and its advertising partners may use identifiers, cookies and request information to deliver and measure ads. The site’s analytics checkbox does not authorize advertising. Personalized advertising in the EEA, UK and Switzerland requires a Google-certified CMP integrated with TCF; the deployment is prepared for Google’s published consent message and waits for an appropriate signal before requesting manual ad units.
Our initial implementation conservatively requests no manual unit after an unresolved or refused required advertising choice. AdSense Auto ads must remain off because placements are controlled by the site. See Google’s advertising information and CMP requirements.
Requests and service providers
Contact the operator to ask about access, correction, deletion or withdrawal relating to information under its control. Rights and complaint options depend on applicable law, including the ability to contact a relevant data-protection authority. Messages you send to the contact mailbox contain the information you choose to provide and are processed to answer the request. Provider retention and international-transfer arrangements require the operator’s verification of its hosting, email and Google account terms.
